Ingredients
½ shallots
1 avocado
1 tomato
2 dl shrimp tails
1 dl crayfish tails
1 tbsp chopped dill
½ tbsp grated horseradish
½ lemon juice
4 tbsp mayonnaise
½ cup kesella (can be partially replaced with sour cream or creme fraiche)
Salt & Pepper

Description:
- Mash the avocado in a bowl.
- Chop the onion and mix in the bowl.
- Finely chop the tomato fillets and mix in.
- Squeeze water out of the shellfish and coarsely chop.
- Mix together with all the other ingredients.
Pairs with:
Perfect mingling or hors dOeuvres for a finer dinner. Blanc de blanc champagne or crémant, for example.
