Rhode Island sauce

This is Tore Wretman’s old original recipe, for those of us who want to keep it classic.

Rhode Island sauce ingredients:

1 dl mayonnaise
1 dl cream
1 dl chili sauce (type Heinz)
1 tbsp cognac

Description:

  1. Whip the cream.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
