Good accessory to some Asian dishes, for example satay skewers. It is also possible to mix with noodles and thus create an alternative variant of Peanut noodles.

Ingredients
100 gr peanut butter
1 cup coconut cream
1 tbsp Japanese soy
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 lime, grated peel and squeezed juice
1 tbsp finely chopped lemongrass
1 chili (piripiri), finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely grated
Description:
Mix all ingredients at room temperature – do not need to be heated. If the peanut butter has been chilled, however, it may need to be heated to soften the consistency.
Pairs with:
Chicken skewers.
