Peanut noodles

This is a quick recipe for peanut flavored noodles made from fresh noodles and takes just a few minutes to make. They become quite spicy, so it is not the most child-friendly recipe.

Recipe, udon noodles with peanut sauce

Ingredients

400 gr fresh udon noodles

3 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tbsp neutral oil

1 teaspoon black vinegar or rice vinegar

1-2 teaspoons of chili flakes

2 grated garlic cloves

2 green onions, finely cut

Description:

  1. Place everything except the noodles in a frying pan.
  2. Heat up some neutral oil and pour over the pan. Mix around.
  3. Add the cold noodles to the pan.
  4. Boil some water.
  5. Pour over water so that it covers the noodles. Mix around.
  6. Let it boil down.
  7. Garnish with more green onions.
