A classic dish, or accessory, that belongs to every smorgasbord and holiday. There are many varieties of this and this is a recipe without potatoes, which is otherwise a common ingredient.

Ingredients
5 anchovy fillets
1 chopped red onion
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 tablespoon capers
0.5 cups chopped dill
0.5 cups chopped chives
1 dl mayonnaise
2 tbsp crème fraiche
Salt and pepper
Description:
- Boil the eggs and let cool.
- Chop and mix everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper.
