A homemade mustard herring that is guaranteed to taste different from the ready-made one. A tasty element on the herring table!

Ingredients
1 package 5-minute herring
2 cups creme fraiche
1 dl mayonnaise
0.5 dl muscovado sugar
6 cl smoky whiskey
2 tablespoons coarse-grained Scanian mustard
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
a wedge of squeezed lemon
Salt & Pepper
Description:
- Cut the herring to the right size.
- Mix everything except the herring and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in the herring.
- Let stand for at least one day before serving.
