This recipe is a more festive version of Skagen mess, but so different that it should no longer be called Skagen.

Ingredients
1 can ‘hand-peeled luxury prawns’
0.75 tbsp grated lemon peel
3 tbsp grated horseradish
0.5 chopped red onion
1 egg
0.5 dl creme fraiche
1 dl mayonnaise
1 crm salt
Description:
- Hard boil the egg.
- Squeeze the liquid out of the prawns.
- Chop the onion and egg and grate the lemon peel and horseradish.
- Mix everything in a bowl.

As this is specifically a Christmas mess, Christmas beer or ale is recommended, not impossible with another schnapps.
