A well-known Mexican taco recipe. This variant is a slow cooker and thus may not be suitable for a Swedish taco Friday, but good if you have time. Can be served together with These tacos.

Ingredients
1 kg pork loin
1 tbsp oil
1.5 teaspoons salt
0.5 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
1 tbsp ancho chili seasoning
1 tsp dried oregano
1.5 teaspoons cumin
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 silver onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
1 orange
1 lime
33 cl Coca-Cola
Description:
- Mix all dry spices.
- Cut the meat into cubes and mix with the oil and spices. Leave to marinate at room temperature for at least an hour.
- Split the onion and chop the garlic.
- Place meat, onions, bay leaves, the juice from the lime, the juice from the orange and the coca-cola in a pot.
- Bring to a boil on the stove, then put a lid on and place in the oven at 125 gr. Let stand for 2-3 hours.
- Transfer the meat to a baking dish and pull apart with forks. Pour over the liquid from the pot.
- Roast in the oven on grill function, 275 gr, for ten minutes.
- Serve in tortillas with, for example, guacamole, pickled red onion, salsa, coriander and sour cream.
