A good recipe when you want to make something good and exclusive, but on a slightly larger scale. It’s just as easy (largely) to make 50 bits as 15.

Ingredients
1 plate purchased puff pastry
2 cups crème fraiche
1 dl grated Västerbotten cheese
50 g of roe
0.5 chopped red onion
2 tbsp chopped dill
Description:
- Set the oven to 200 degrees.
- Place the puff pastry on a tray and spread over 0.5 dl of crème fraiche and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Top with the remaining crème fraiche, chopped onion, roe and dill.
Pairs with:
Sparkling wine, but also beer works, especially on a summer day.
