Västerbotten canapés with roe

A good recipe when you want to make something good and exclusive, but on a slightly larger scale. It’s just as easy (largely) to make 50 bits as 15.

Ingredients

1 plate purchased puff pastry
2 cups crème fraiche
1 dl grated Västerbotten cheese
50 g of roe
0.5 chopped red onion
2 tbsp chopped dill

Description:

  1. Set the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Place the puff pastry on a tray and spread over 0.5 dl of crème fraiche and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  4. Top with the remaining crème fraiche, chopped onion, roe and dill.

Pairs with:

Sparkling wine, but also beer works, especially on a summer day.
