Hugo Spritz

Hugo Spritz was created in 2005 in the South Tyrol region of northern Italy. The drink was developed as a lighter and healthier alternative to the bitter Aperol Spritz (or Campari Spritz, which we prefer here). It has flavors of elderberry, mint and prosecco and is a fresh and refreshing summer drink. Like so many others recipes, there are several different recipes – Here, the original elderberry syrup has been replaced with an elderberry liqueur.
