One of many varieties of lemon or citrus paste recipe. This is very creamy, with the lemon as a fresh contrast.
4-6 servings

Ingredients
500 g fettucine
2-3 cloves of garlic
75 gr butter
0.5 dl cream
2 cups creme fraiche
2 cups grated parmesan
1 lemon
1 bunch of parsley
Salt and pepper
Description:
- Crush the garlic cloves and brown the butter together with them.
- Cook the pasta (save a little of the water).
- Heat cream and creme fraiche in a saucepan, must not boil.
- Whisk in the browned butter, a little at a time.
- Remove from the heat and mix in Parmesan cheese.
- Squeeze in lemon, season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce. Pour in some pasta water and stir.
- Add and top with parsley and more grated parmesan.

Red Chianti.
