30 gr Osietra caviar or finer
1 dl sour cream
Brioche bread
Butter for frying
Description:
- Slice the bread into 2 cm wide sticks.
- Fry the sticks gently in the butter until they turn golden brown.
- Sprinkle on the batter.
- Spread the caviar on the batter.
Pairs with:
Nice champagne, like Pol Roger, Bollinger or why not dom perignon.
