Caviar on Brioche

An excellent mouthful if you don’t want to eat the caviar natural, and as an alternative to the classic Blinin. The brioche completely melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

30 gr Osietra caviar or finer

1 dl sour cream

Brioche bread

Butter for frying

Description:

  1. Slice the bread into 2 cm wide sticks.
  2. Fry the sticks gently in the butter until they turn golden brown.
  3. Sprinkle on the batter.
  4. Spread the caviar on the batter.

Pairs with:

Nice champagne, like Pol Roger, Bollinger or why not dom perignon.
