Bruschetta

Bruschetta is available in many varieties, and this is perhaps not the easiest recipe – but it will be very good!

Ingredients

3 plum tomatoes

1 clove of garlic

2 tbsp mild olive oil

0.5 tbsp white wine vinegar

0.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 Pot of basil leaves

1 handful of grated parmesan

Salt & Pepper

Description:

  1. Chop tomatoes, garlic and pick basil leaves
  2. Mix tomato, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, parmesan and a little of the basil in a saucepan
  3. Boil down and reduce to the right consistency
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Fold in the rest of the basil
  6. Click on bread of your choice

Pairs with:

Either as a small starter or as a side dish to a pasta. Good with a little red wine.
