Bruschetta is available in many varieties, and this is perhaps not the easiest recipe – but it will be very good!

Ingredients
3 plum tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp mild olive oil
0.5 tbsp white wine vinegar
0.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Pot of basil leaves
1 handful of grated parmesan
Salt & Pepper
Description:
- Chop tomatoes, garlic and pick basil leaves
- Mix tomato, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, parmesan and a little of the basil in a saucepan
- Boil down and reduce to the right consistency
- Season with salt and pepper
- Fold in the rest of the basil
- Click on bread of your choice
Pairs with:
Either as a small starter or as a side dish to a pasta. Good with a little red wine.
