This blueberry pie recipe is a good and simple version of the classic Swedish blueberry pie, here in the form of crumb pie. The pinch of salt really elevates the taste.

Ingredients:
300 g Swedish blueberries, preferably fresh
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
4 tablespoons granulated sugar + 1.5 dl granulated sugar
150 g salted butter + extra butter for the mold
1 dl oatmeal
2 dl wheat flour
1 teaspoon of flake salt
How to make blueberry pie:
- Room temperature butter.
- Heat the oven to 190 degrees (heated air)
- Mix 150 g butter, 1.5 dl sugar, 1 dl oatmeal, 2 dl wheat flour and 1 teaspoon salt in a bowl.
- Mix blueberries, cornstarch and sugar in a pie form. Cover the berry mixture with the shortcrust pastry.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
Pairs with:
Custard or vanilla whip, preferably coffee too.
