Blini with VB cheese cream and roe

A very good but relatively powerful canapé recipe with a luxurious feel. If you eat many dishes, one like this per person can be enough (the recipe is otherwise for two per person).

Ingredients

20 Blinis

1 dl cream cheese

1 dl sour cream

1 cup grated Västerbotten cheese

1 lemon

½ red onion

A little dill

1 egg yolk

30 gr roe

Salt & black pepper

Description:

  1. Chop the onion.
  2. Mix cream cheese, Västerbotten cheese and batter with an immersion blender. Add a little lemon juice and salt.
  3. Stir together the egg yolk and roe.
  4. Heat the blinis in a frying pan.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese cream on the blinis.
  6. Top with the roe, then red onion, dill, lemon zest and pepper
  7. Add some dill and lemon zest on top.

Pairs with:

A slightly more luxurious appetizer, suitable as a mingling food. Preferably champagne to drink.
