An everyday version of artichoke soup, which, however, takes some time to make, so it is still better suited for the weekend. Simple ingredients, good flavors! A more luxurious recipe of the same dish exists here.

Ingredients
500g artichokes
3 floury potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp butter
1.5 cups white wine
0.5 l of water
2 chicken broth portions
3 dl cream
Salt & Pepper
8 thyme sprigs
Description:
- Peel artichokes and potatoes
- Cut into pieces
- Finely chop the garlic
- Fry the ingredients in the butter in a pot
- Add the wine and cook for 1 minute
- Pour in the water and broth. Cook for 15 minutes
- Mix the soup with a blender
- Add the cream and bring to a boil
- Season with salt and pepper, possibly any acid
