Artichoke soup, simple

An everyday version of artichoke soup, which, however, takes some time to make, so it is still better suited for the weekend. Simple ingredients, good flavors! A more luxurious recipe of the same dish exists here.

Ingredients

500g artichokes

3 floury potatoes

2 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp butter

1.5 cups white wine

0.5 l of water

2 chicken broth portions

3 dl cream

Salt & Pepper

8 thyme sprigs

Description:

  1. Peel artichokes and potatoes
  2. Cut into pieces
  3. Finely chop the garlic
  4. Fry the ingredients in the butter in a pot
  5. Add the wine and cook for 1 minute
  6. Pour in the water and broth. Cook for 15 minutes
  7. Mix the soup with a blender
  8. Add the cream and bring to a boil
  9. Season with salt and pepper, possibly any acid
