Ingredients
500 g sour apple
1 cup peeled and roasted hazelnuts
0.75 dl granulated sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
0.75 dl raisins
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
50 g butter
4 Filo pastry plates
2 tbsp icing sugar
Description:
- Set the oven to 175 gr.
- Melt the butter.
- Peel and cut the apples into approx. 1 cm cubes.
- Chop the nuts.
- Mix apple pieces, nuts, sugar, cinnamon, raisins and breadcrumbs.
- Place 1 sheet of filo pastry and brush with butter. Add one sheet of filo pastry at a time and brush between each layer.
- Spread the apple filling over the filo pastry. Save 2 cm from the edge all around.
- Roll up into a roll and pinch the ends together. Place on a baking sheet with the seam facing down.
- Brush with butter and bake in the middle of the oven for 35 minutes.
- Dust with icing sugar.

Vanilla ice cream, rum raisin ice cream or vanilla whipped cream are perfect accessories.
