A spicy liqueur that is difficult to get hold of in Sweden and can be used in several different cocktails, including rooms old fashioned.
1 bottle

Ingredients:
2.5 dl light rum
3.5 dl of water
1.5 dl cane sugar
0.5 dl whole allspice
1 cinnamon stick
Description:
- Grind the allspice into coarse pieces.
- Pour the pepper into a glass jar and pour over the rum. Seal and shake.
- Leave on for 5 days with daily shakes.
- Coarsely mortar the cinnamon stick and add the mixture.
- After 12 days, strain out all the solid pieces. Coffee filters may be needed.
- Make a layer of the sugar and water. Allow to cool, and then add to the mixture.
- Shake and leave for 2 days.
- Pour into a bottle.
