Beetroot salad

6-8 buffet portions

1 can pickled beets

1 small apple

1 cup crème fraiche

1 dl mayonnaise

1 tbsp coarse-grained mustard

Salt & Pepper

1-2 tbsp layers of the beets

  1. Pour off the beetroot, but save 2 tablespoons of the shovel
  2. Dice the beetroot and the apple
  3. Mix all ingredients together
