Recipe for en Traditional German cheese dip, perfect for Oktoberfest, as an accessory to Bretzels.

Ingredients

300 g Camembert
150 g butter
1-2 tablespoons Weissbier
1 tbsp whipped cream
1 crm white pepper
1 teaspoon of cumin
2 teaspoons paprika powder
1 (small) yellow onion

Description:

  1. Mash the camembert, including the edges together with the butter.
  2. Stir with the beer, cream and spices to a smooth mixture.
  3. Slice the onion with mandolin.
  4. Place on a plate and place the sliced onion. If necessary, sprinkle more paprika powder.
