300 g Camembert
150 g butter
1-2 tablespoons Weissbier
1 tbsp whipped cream
1 crm white pepper
1 teaspoon of cumin
2 teaspoons paprika powder
1 (small) yellow onion
Description:
- Mash the camembert, including the edges together with the butter.
- Stir with the beer, cream and spices to a smooth mixture.
- Slice the onion with mandolin.
- Place on a plate and place the sliced onion. If necessary, sprinkle more paprika powder.
