Rub
Salt (0.5 parts)
Pepper powder (1 part)
Garlic powder (1 part)
Onion powder (1 part)
Sauce
50 g Gochujang
1 tbsp Japanese soy
1.5 tbsp pressed garlic
1 tbsp sesame oil
Pepper
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 cup water

1 kg side pork
Sugar
Butter
Liquid honey
Description:
- Mix together the RUB spices.
- Mix together the sauce ingredients.
- Slice the pork into cubes of approx. 3 cm.
- Mix around with the rub.
- Young baking for 2.5 hours at 130 degrees.
- Add butter, sugar and honey and cover with oven foil.
- Leave in the oven for another 1.5 hours.
- Remove the foil, pour over the sauce and roast for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Serve with rice. Asian beer or semi-dry sparkling wine to drink!
