If you think Aperol Spritz is good, but a little too broad and trendy, you can try this classic instead.

6 cl Campari

approx. 9 cl prosecco

a splash of soda or tonic

A slice of orange

  1. Fill a large glass with ice.
  2. Pour in Camparin.
  3. Pour over proseccon.
  4. Fill up with some soda.
  5. Add an orange slice.
